1. Order, Production & Shipping

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Production takes 3 business days. Shipping takes about 12 additional calendar days.

Where are the garments made?
We work with certified and ethical partners who produce on-demand, ensuring quality and sustainability.

What materials do you use?
We use durable, soft, and comfortable fabrics designed to support your journey. You can check materials in each product description.

Can I change the design or color of my garment?
No. Once your order is placed, the chosen design cannot be modified.

Can I request a personalized garment?
Currently, we do not offer name, logo, or phrase customizations.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment, but we are exploring sustainable solutions.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
It depends on the carrier. We recommend using a physical address to avoid issues.

How do I choose the right size?
Use our size guide and compare with a similar item you already own.

What does "made-to-order" mean?
We produce only what is ordered. There is no stock. Each garment exists because you chose it.

Can I change the size after placing my order?
Yes, but only within the first 24 hours after your purchase.

3. Delivery, Tracking & Issues

What if I’m not home when the order arrives?
The carrier will attempt delivery one or more times. If unsuccessful, their policy will apply.

What if my order is delayed?
While rare, logistics delays can happen. You can track your order at any time with your tracking number.

What if I entered the wrong address?
If the mistake was made by the customer, Gritmille is not responsible for reshipping costs. If it was a technical issue on our side, we’ll cover it.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at info@gritmille.com within 14 calendar days. We will review your case and offer a solution.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within the first 24 hours after placing it. After that, production will have started.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
We do not issue monetary refunds. You may request a store credit valid for 12 months.

When will I receive my store credit?
Once we receive and check the item, we will issue your store credit within 5 business days.

What if the item doesn’t fit?
If you used the size guide and it still doesn’t fit, you may return the item. Return shipping is covered by the customer. A credit will be issued once received.

Can I return a used garment?
No. Only unused, unwashed items with tags and original packaging are accepted.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods listed on our site.

Is it safe to shop on your website?
